Ингредиенты

1 can beets (sliced if you like) 1 tbsp. veg. oil 1 sm. onion 2 tbsp. vinegar

1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 sm. bell pepper

Инструкции

1. Drain beets. Saute/fry onions in veg. oil 3-4 min. Add in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, liquid removed beets and sweet pepper and cook slowly for 6-7 min, covered. May be served warm or possibly cool. Serves 4.
