Ingredients: 1 x pheasant cut up; Flour for dusting; Butter as needed; 8 ounce lowfat sour cream; 2 c. water; 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce; A few drops Tabasco sauce; 2 x bay leaves; 1 dsh sweet basil; 1 dsh rosemary; Salt to taste; Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Ингредиенты

1 x pheasant cut up
Â Â Flour for dusting
Â Â Butter as needed
8 ounce lowfat sour cream
2 c. water
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Â Â A few drops Tabasco sauce
2 x bay leaves
1 dsh sweet basil
1 dsh rosemary
Â Â Salt to taste
Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Инструкции

Dust pcs of pheasant with flour and brown in butter.
Mix lowfat sour cream and water. Add in remaining ingredients to lowfat sour cream mix.
Pour lowfat sour cream mix in a covered roaster and add in pheasant. Bake at 325 degrees for several hrs or possibly till tender.
