- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
- Lemon wedges

- Arrange fish in a single layer in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine next 6 ingredients in a 1 qt glass bowl. Pour over fish. Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and vent to allow steam to escape. Microwave at high for 4 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges when serving. Yield: 4 servings.
