- 10 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 10-1 inch cubes medium cheddar cheese
- 10-1 inch cubes pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup each, grated cheddar and pepper jack cheese
Инструкции
- Cut the rolls in half and press one cheese cube into each roll half.
- Pinch the dough to completely enclose the cheese.
- Brush a 9-inch round cake pan with half of the melted butter.
- Place the cheese filled roll halves into the pan evenly, pinched side up.
- Brush the tops with the remaining butter.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
- Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-18 minutes.
- Last two minutes of baking sprinkle with grated cheeses.
- Serve warm.
