Рецепт Pepper Basil Crabs
Peppery heat from black pepper seeds, spicy enough with green chilies and aromatic with basil leaves.
Ингредиенты
- 6 medium size flower crabs - remove shells and cut into two pieces
- 3 green chillies - sliced into 4-5 pieces
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- A handful Thai sweet basil leaves
- 1/4 cup oil
- Salt for taste
- To blend/ground
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 inch fresh turmeric (can replace with turmeric powder)
- 5 shallots
- 1-2 tsp black peppercorns
- Add some water and blend for a smooth paste

- When oil is heated, fry paste till aromatic and oil splits
- Add crabs and stir in.
- Pour 1/2 cup of water (more if you like more gravy) and stir again.
- Wait for the crabs to be cooked.
- Add chillies, basil leaves, lime juice and season with salt.
