Ингредиенты
- 1 c. Extra virgin Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dry warm chili flakes
- 4 x Cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 6 x Ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and minced
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 8 ounce Penne, (short tubular pasta)
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- Â Â Freshly grated Pecorino cheese, (imported parmesan may be substituted)
Инструкции
- Combine extra virgin olive oil and pepper flakes. Bring to a boil and add in garlic gloves.
- Marinate for at least 30 min and strain with cheese cloth. In a saucepan, heat 4 Tablespoons of strained chili-garlic oil with tomatoes. Add in salt.
- keep hot over low heat. Cook pasta in boiling water. Drain well, toss in sauce pan with oil, tomatoes and parsley. Serve with grated cheese.
