- Put together above and set aside. 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 large eggs 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 c. sour creamCream butter and sugar, add in large eggs and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat sour cream. Mix well after each addition. Pour 1/3 of batter into one greased 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle 1/3 of brown sugar mix over this. Repeat layers. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool about 20-30 min. Remove from pan and top with a powdered sugar and lowfat milk glaze.
