- Warm Fudge Sauce
- 1/2 c. butter (2 sticks)
- 4 ounce (4 sq.) unsweetened chocolate
- 3 c. sugar

- 1 2/3 c. (1 tall can) evaporated lowfat milk

- Form the ice cream into balls. Roll in the pecans. Place on wax paper and cover with saran wrap. Keep in your freezing compartment or possibly deep freeze. Serve with Hot Fudge Sauce.
