- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. minced pecans

- Combine cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, salt, egg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat at medium speed till well blended. Pour into pastry. Sprinkle with pecans.
- Combine topping ingredients. Beat at medium speed just till blended. Carefully pour over pecans. Bake 35-40 min at 375 degrees.
