- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. minced pecan nutmeats
- 2 tbsp. sweet lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Инструкции
- Mix the 2 kinds of sugar and flour thoroughly. Beat in Large eggs, lowfat milk and vanilla. Add in melted butter and pecans. Pour into pastry lined pie pan and bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees till set, approximately 45 min.
