- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

- In bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and red pepper; stir to blend.
- Place ribs is shallow baking pan; pour marinade proportionately over meat.
- Cover and chill 6 to 8 hrs, turning meat once.
- Prepare grill for cooking. Wipe excess marinade from meat. Cook turning frequently, 45-60 min.
