Ingredients: 1 c. Butter or possibly Margarine, softened; 1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 c. Peanut Butter; 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 3/4 c. Flour; 1/4 c. Cornstarch; 3/4 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Baking Soda; 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr; 1 c. Chocolate Chips

Ингредиенты

1 c. Butter or possibly Margarine, softened
1Â 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 c. Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2Â 3/4 c. Flour
1/4 c. Cornstarch
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
1 c. Chocolate Chips

Инструкции

Cream together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in Large eggs, peanut butter and vanilla. Add in Flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking pwdr. Stir in Chocolate chips.
Roll into balls about 1 1/2 tsps onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly (they do not flatten much while cooking). Bake for 10 mins at 350 C. Makes 3-4 dozen.
