Ингредиенты

1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup, light
1 dsh Salt
1Â 1/2 c. Peanuts, raw
1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
1Â 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

Grease baking sheet heavily. 1.) Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 3 quart casserol dish or possibly bowl. Stir in peanuts. Microwave on High till light brown 8 -10 min, stirring once or possibly twice. (I cook for 4 1/2 min- stir, then 4 1/2 min again) 2.) Stir in remaining ingredients till light and foamy. Quickly spread on greased baking sheet. Spread as thin as possible for brittle candy. Cold; break into pcs.
