- Blanch and peel peaches, leaving them whole. Put water, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan; cover and simmer for 15 min. Add in wine; leave uncovered and cook for further 15 min.
- Put peaches in a deep serving dish. Pour liquid (after removing cinnamon stick) over peaches and chill. Serves 4-6.
