Ингредиенты

  • 1 kg. sm. peaches
  • 125 ml. water
  • 250 g. sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 125 ml. red wine

Инструкции

  1. Blanch and peel peaches, leaving them whole. Put water, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan; cover and simmer for 15 min. Add in wine; leave uncovered and cook for further 15 min.
  2. Put peaches in a deep serving dish. Pour liquid (after removing cinnamon stick) over peaches and chill. Serves 4-6.
