- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- Minced pecans (optional)
- 1 can peach or possibly cherry pie filling
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- Cold Whip

- Mix cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter together and line pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and lowfat milk and spread on top of crumbs in pan. Cover with pecans. Put on a layer of Cold Whip and spread filling on top.
