- 1/2 lb Uncooked Pasta
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Basil (fresh, minced)
- 1/4 c. Parsley (fresh, minced)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
Инструкции
- 1) Cook pasta till Al Dente, keep hot 2. Heat oil in 10" skillet over low heat. Add in garlic, cook slowly and gently until light gold. Remove from heat and stir in parsley and basil.
- 3. Add in warm pasta to skillet, toss to coat proportionately. 4. Serve immediately with cheese.
