Ингредиенты
- 1/2 lb farfalle or possibly radiatore or possibly 1/2 pound other fun-shaped pasta
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1 head broccoli, minced
- 1 x splash white wine
- 1 x lemon, zest of
- Â Â salt
- Â Â pepper
- 1 handf toasted hazelnut, minced
- 1 sprg fresh basil, minced

- Put the pasta on to cook. Heat a frypan over high heat, add in the oil. Add in the garlic and broccoli.
- Cook for 1 minute, add in the wine, lemon zest and season. Cook for 2-3 more min, till the broccoli is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- In the meantime, toast the hazelnuts in a dry frypan over high heat till golden.
- Remove them from the heat and chop. Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce and serve with the minced hazelnuts and minced basil sprinkled over top.
