Pasta With Broccoli And Hazelnuts

Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb farfalle or possibly radiatore or possibly 1/2 pound other fun-shaped pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 clv garlic, minced
  • 1 head broccoli, minced
  • 1 x splash white wine
  • 1 x lemon, zest of
  •     salt
  •     pepper
  • 1 handf toasted hazelnut, minced
  • 1 sprg fresh basil, minced

Инструкции

  1. Put the pasta on to cook. Heat a frypan over high heat, add in the oil. Add in the garlic and broccoli.
  2. Cook for 1 minute, add in the wine, lemon zest and season. Cook for 2-3 more min, till the broccoli is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  3. In the meantime, toast the hazelnuts in a dry frypan over high heat till golden.
  4. Remove them from the heat and chop. Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce and serve with the minced hazelnuts and minced basil sprinkled over top.
