- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1 can (8-ounce) artichoke hearts, quartered and liquid removed
- 1 can (4.5-ounce) shrimp, liquid removed and rinsed
- 1/3 x -(up to)
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- Â Â Capers for garnish

- Cook noodles as directed. Refresh and rinse immediately in cool water.
- Chill. Add in remaining ingredients and mix. Adjust seasoning. Refrigerateat least 4 hrs. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with capers.
- Yield: 8 to 10servings.
