- 5 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Flour
- 3/4 lb Butter
- 2 pch salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Cocoa
- 2 c. Walnuts
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1/2 lb Powdered sugar (1 6/11 c.)
- 3Â 1/2 Tbsp. Canned evaporated lowfat milk
- Â Â Brownies: Beat the Large eggs, add in 3 c. sugar, salt, nuts and
- Â Â Flour. In a small saucepan, heat 3/4 pound butter and fold in
- 1 c. Cocoa. Add in this butter/cocoa mix to the
- Â Â Egg/sugar mix. Add in 2 teaspoon vanilla. Lightly butter a
- Â Â VERY LARGE BAKING PAN (larger than 9x13"). Pour in mix and
- Â Â Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 25 min or possibly so.
- Â Â Cold and frost.
- Â Â Note: It has been a while since I have made these but as I
- Â Â Recall, the cooking time wasn't long sufficient so you may need
- Â Â To adjust which. Brownies are usually done when the sides
- Â Â Start to pull away from the pan. A toothpick test isn't
- Â Â Accurate because brownies continue to bake after pulled

- Â Â Frosting: Heat 1/4 c. butter in a small saucepan. Add in
- 1/4 c. Cocoa and heat for 1 minute or possibly till smooth,
