- 1 lb Large sea scallops
- 6 Tbsp. Italian style salad dressing
- 4 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. Garted romano or possibly parmesan cheese

- Cut scallops into bite size cubes. Mix with salad dressing. Marinate for one hour. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Roll scallop cubes in this mix or possibly shake in closed plastic bag. Arrange in baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake uncovered in preheated, very warm 475 degree oven for about eight min.
