- 1/2 c. Cornflakes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper (cayenne), to taste
- 1 x Egg white
- 1 tsp Water
- 8 x Skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cubed

- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil: spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients: mix well. In another small bowl, beat egg white and water until frothy. Dip nuggets in egg mix then in cornflake mix. Bake at 450 for 15 min or possibly till chicken is fork tender.
