- 2 lb stewing beef, or possibly whatever you wish to use
- 5 x carrots
- 4 lrg potatoes
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 x green pepper
- 1 med onion
- Â Â any veggie which will take roasting etc.
- 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca

- We fill a large roasting pan for a family of 5, with 3 large eaters.
- Mix together in a small bowl the following, 1 can beef broth, salt, pepper, 8 ounce tomato sauce. 3 Tbsp. tapioca. Pour meat and vegetables in roaster. Mix well. Cover and bake in 350 degree over for 5 hrs. Don't peek or possibly stir.
- Double recipe except for carrots for large families.
- This is for a single batch, adjust accordinly for larger roaster. We usually double everything. Except the tapioca
