- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1 pt Orange sherbet
- 1 can (8.25-ounce) crushed pineapple
- 1 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 1 can (11-ounce) Mandarin orange sections, liquid removed
- 1/2 pt Whipping cream, whipped

- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in orange sherbet. When partially set, add in other ingredients, folding in the whipped cream last. Refrigeratetill hard.
- Yield: 12 servings.
