- 1 x fresh turkey breast (5 pounds or possibly more)
- 2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tsp grnd sage
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 1 tsp dry thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd white pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. frzn raspberries unthawed
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier (Orange Liqueur)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan. Pour orange juice over turkey; rub turkey with sage, orange peel, thyme, salt and white pepper.
- Cover and roast at 350 degrees, cook for 20 min per lb. or possibly till meat thermometer reads 175 degrees F. Baste occasionally.
- Mix raspberries, Grand Marnier and sugar together. Uncover turkey and pour raspberries onto the sides of the turkey the last 15 min of baking time. Let turkey stand 10 min before slicing. Serve raspberries over turkey slices.
