- 2 (3 ounce) pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- Lettuce
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 c. finely minced celery
- 1/2 c. diced canned pears
Инструкции
- Prepare 1 package of the gelatin as directed on package, decreasing water by 1/2 cup. Pour into 4-cup mold and refrigerate till hard. Prepare second package as directed above, and refrigerate in bowl till the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Beat cream cheese, mashed banana, lemon juice and thickened gelatin till well blended. Mix in minced celery and diced pears. Pour over orange gelatin and refrigerate till hard. Unmold on lettuce leaves. Serves 6.
