Ингредиенты

2 lb pears peeled, cored
2Â 1/4 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple in juice 8 ounces
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

Инструкции

Place half of pears in food processor bowl or possibly 5 c. blender container.
Process till finely minced (1 to 2 min). Place minced pears in Dutch oven. Repeat with remaining pears. Stir in all other ingredients. Cook over medium heat till pears are very soft and mix thickens (30 to 40 min). Serve hot or possibly cool on pancakes, waffles, toast or possibly hot breads. Store refrigerated.
