- 3 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. granulated or possibly Dark Brown sugar
- 3/4 c. dark or possibly light corn syrup
- 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 c. Quaker. Oats (quick or possibly old fashioned, uncooked)
- 1/3 c. Angel Flake shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 x Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust, prepared according to directions
- Â Â Pecan Halves for topping, if you like
- Â Â Ice cream or possibly whipped cream (optional)

- Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, beat Large eggs till foamy. Gradually add in sugar; mix well. Add in corn syrup, margarine and vanilla; mix well. Add in combined oats, coconut and flour; mix well. Pour into prepared pie shell. Top with pecan halves if you like.
- Bake 40 to 45 min or possibly till center is set. (Center should be hard when touched lightly with finger.) Cold completely on wire rack. Serve with ice cream or possibly whipped cream, if you like. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
