- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 T butter
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 2 T half & half
Инструкции
- Blend ingredients till well combined. Form into small balls and chill 1 hr. Place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Flatten each ball with thumb.Bake at 350°F for 15-17 min. Cookies should be just golden brown on bottom and not at all browned. Cool completely.
- Mix ingredients, blend well, frost cooled cookies lightly.
