Рецепт Oats & Red Beet Energy Bar- Breakfast on the Go
Oats are my first love, oh nah !! I mean second love since I met Mr. beet ;)
I am a health freak git and consuming oats in all possible way is my one of my ways of having a healthy diet. Recently , there is a new addition to my love list -Beetroot , it contains valuable nutrients that help in lower your blood pressure, fight cancer and inflammation, boost your stamina, and support detoxification and also used a source of natural sugar so why not to take best out of them.
So decided to introduce my best buddy oats to my new love beet and I was sure that they both will create a magic on the palette.

Ингредиенты
- 2 Medium size beetroot ( boiled , peeled and chopped)
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dates (chopped)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 almonds( cut in small pieces)
- 2ts cinnamon powder
- 1 ts nutmeg powder
- 2 tbs olive or canola oil (or any vegetable oil)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 ts salt
Инструкции
- - Mix Oats, seeds , almonds in a baking tray and dry roast them for 10 minutes at 120 C till you get a nice aroma.
- - Mix beet, dates, oil, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, salt and water in the grinder and grind it to make a smooth paste
- - Add beetroot paste in the oats and mix it well
- - In a baking try, coat it with little oil, spread the mixture and press it with wet hands equally
- - Preheat the oven at 150C and bake it for 15 minutes till it become little brown and you get a nice aroma :)
- - Take out and cool it at room temperature and refrigerate it overnight
- - Slice it next day and your power pack energy bars are ready :)
