- 2 c. Water
- 1 med Banana
- 1 Tbsp. Raw sugar, or possibly other sweetener
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Let stand a few min; if batter becomes too thick, add in sufficient additional water to make batter easily pourable. Pour into a heated, oil-sprayed waffle iron. Cook for 10 min without lifting the lid.
