- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1Â 3/4 c. All purpose flour
- 3 c. Quaker oats (quick or possibly old- Fashioned)
- 12 ounce Pkg. butterscotch chips

- Combine butter, sugars, Large eggs and vanilla and beat till creamy. Fold in baking soda, salt, cinnamon and flour. Mix in oats and butterscotch chips. Bake cookies (Tbsp. size balls) dropped onto cookie sheets and baked at 375 degrees for 8 min.
