- 1 pkg. Jiffy oatmeal muffin mix
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 env. Dream Whip, mix according to pkg. directions
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 T lemon juice

- Mix together muffin mix and butter till crumbly. Press into greased 9 inch pie pan (reserve 2 tbsp of crumb mix to sprinkle on top of filling). Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 min.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice till well blended. Mix in whipped Dream Whip. Pour into cooled crumb shell. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate to serve. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
