- 1 x 500 g pack frzn rhubarb
- 1 med Orange, juice of
- 2 Tbsp. Soft light brown sugar
- 250 gm Plain flour, (8oz)
- 75 gm Butter, (3oz)
- 25 gm Oatmeal, (1oz)
- 50 gm Soft light brown sugar, (2oz)
- 50 gm Flaked almonds, (20z)
Инструкции
- Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.
- Place the rhubarb in a shallow ovenproof dish. Pour over the orange juice and sprinkle over the sugar.
- Place the flour in a mixing bowl and rub in the butter. Stir in the oatmeal, brown sugar and flaked almonds.
- Sprinkle the crumble mix over the rhubarb and smooth level.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 min till bubbling and the crumble is golden.
- Notes Serve with custard, double cream or possibly vanilla ice cream.
- NOTES : A delicious variation of the classic crumble.
