- 2 c. NORA MILL whole wheat m. mix
- 1 c. Buttermilk (lowfat milk is okay)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 x Melted butter or possibly margarine

- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Grease muffin tins. Beat Large eggs and butter- lowfat milk (or possibly lowfat milk). Then add butter. Stir in mix (don't over mix, leave it lumpy). Divide into muffin tins and bake for 20 min.
- Muffins should be hard and pulling away from the sides of pan.
