- 1 x Margarine
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Peanut butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 c. Rolled oats raw
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr
Инструкции
- In a pan, combine 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. lowfat milk, 2 c. sugar Cook over med heat till it comes to a rolling boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, keep stirring then add in 2/3 c. peanut butter-(I use 2 big spoonfuls) and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Remove from heat and add in 3 c. oatmeal 3 Tbsp cocoa.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto aluminum foil. Wait a few min-(if you can)
