- 8 med potatoes
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 8 ounce fat-free cream cheese
- 12 ounce fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- Â Â Paprika to taste

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Peel and boil potatoes till tender. Add in lowfat milk, fat-free cream cheese, fat-free lowfat sour cream and garlic pwdr. Mash till smooth. Scoop into a casserole dish. Top with paprika. Bake for 30 min or possibly till bubbly.
