Рецепт Nasi Tahu Margarin
In bahasa Indonesia, nasi means rice, tahu means tofu, while margarin is margarine. I'm using traditional yellow tofu, which has turmeric aroma and a little salty flavour. This is super easy vegan fried rice recipe.

- Chop 1 piece of garlic and a half piece of onion.
- Crush 2 pieces of yellow tofu, using a fork.
- Low heat 1 table spoon of margarin until it melts.
- Sauté the chopped garlic and onion until the aroma comes out.
- Add the crushed yellow tofu.
- Wait 1 minute, then stir.
- Wait 1 more minute, stir again so it would be cooked well.
- Add cooked white rice and a pinch of ground white pepper.
- Stir until it mixed well, then wait for 1 minute.
- Take out of the stove.
- Serve with chopped spring onion and sprinkles of fried shallot.
