- Preparation and Cooking time ~30-40 mints
- Ingredients:
- Chicken- ½ kg, cleaned and cut into small pieces
- Potato â 1 medium, cubed
- Carrot â 1, cubed
- Onion â 1, thinly sliced
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, chopped
- Garlic â 3 cloves, chopped
- Tomato â 1, chopped
- Green chillies â 2 slit
- Mustard seeds â ½ tsp
- Curry leaves- a sprig
- Thin coconut milk â 1 ½ cups
- Thick coconut milk â ½ cup
- Coconut oil /Refined oil â 1 or 2 tbsp
- Vinegar â ½ tbsp
- Salt - to taste
