Ингредиенты
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly lemon flavoring
- 1 T sweet lowfat milk
Инструкции
- Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add in egg and other ingredients. Grease cookie sheet with butter. Drop by tsp on cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Flatten with bottom of glass which is dipped in sugar. Dip each cookie with sugar. Bake 300 to 350 degrees till edges are lightly brown.
