Ингредиенты
- 1 kg fresh mussels (in shells)
- 200g tomato sauce
- 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- chilli
- fresh parsley
- 150 shredded parmesan
- salt
- pepper
Инструкции
- 1.Stew the onion and garlic minced in olive oil,add chilli,tomato sauce,lemon rind.Mix good and boil the sauce 8-10 minutes,till is thick.Put some salt and pepper.
- 2.Put the mussels in a big pot with boiling water and boil the some minutes.
- 3.In a tray,put the mussels who opened,pour over them the sauce,shredded parmesan and minced fresh parsley,then, put them in the oven,at a medium fire,till the parmesan is melted.
