- 6 c. refrigerated canned or possibly
- Â Â frzn reconstituted pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 bot dry white wine - (750 ml)
- Â Â (such as Fume Blanc or possibly Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1 bot Muscat dessert wine - (375 ml)
- Â Â (such as Moscato d'Asti, Moscato Canelli, Essencia, or possibly Electra)

- Trim and throw away ends from oranges. Cut fruit crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices, discarding seeds. Put fruit in a 5- to 6-qt pan. Add in pineapple juice, ginger, and sugar. Bring to a boil on high heat; cover and simmer on low heat to blend flavors, about 15 min.
- Add in dry white wine and Muscat wine; heat till steaming, about 5 min. Don't boil.

- Comments: For a nonalcoholic punch, omit wines and add in 4 1/2 c. white grape juice.
