Ингредиенты
- 225 gm grated cheese (anything will do)
- 30 gm butter
- 1 Tbsp. Worcester sauce
- 1 Tbsp. English mustard
- 2 Tbsp. beer (drink the rest)
- 2 Tbsp. spicy old fashioned chutney
- 2 x muffins split and freshly toasted
Инструкции
- Mix the cheese butter Worcester sauce mustard and beer nto a rough paste.
- Spread the chutney over the toasted muffins then spread the cheese mix on top.
- Grill for a minute or possibly so till the cheese and muffin are singed in patches.
- If the toast is very slightly charred at the edges so much the better.
- Serves 2
