- 1 lrg round Italian loaf
- Â Â Thinly-sliced Genoa salami, baked ham,
- Â Â mortadella or possibly bologna
- Â Â Thinly-sliced provolone or possibly Swiss cheese
- Â Â Piccalilli (see recipe) minced
- 1 c. mixed olives pitted, and
- Â Â mixed with 2 minced garlic cloves,
- Â Â oregano, and parsley
- Â Â Sliced red onions "pickled" in lemon
- Â Â juice for 2 hrs
- Â Â Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Red wine vinegar
- Â Â Radish sprouts

- Slice bread in half, across the middle. Layer the meats and cheeses on to the bottom half of the bread. Add in some minced Piccalilli and olive mix. Top with the pickled onions, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar, and add in the radish sprouts.
- Cut into large sandwiches and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
