- 1 c. sour lowfat milk
- 4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon melted butter

- Mix together melted butter, sugar, egg and sour lowfat milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add in some. Mix. Add in more and mix till completely mixed. Roll out and cut with donut cutter. Fry in deep fat.
