- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 3/4 stick butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. M&M candies

- Beat large eggs, add in sugars and mix well. Blend in softened butter, vanilla, corn syrup and peanut butter. Add in oatmeal and baking pwdr and mix to dough which sticks together. Mix in chocolate chips and M&M'Sî. Drop by large tablespoonfuls or possibly ice cream scoop onto cookie sheet and flatten. Only about 6 to 8 cookies can be baked on a sheet at one time. Bake for 12 min at 350 degrees or possibly till lightly brown. You may also make smaller cookies and thus have more cookies, if you wish. NOTE: for the chips and M&M'Sî you may substitute raisins and minced nuts, or possibly if you want to be very adventurous you may add in all four ingredients! These cookies have no flour in them.
