- 2Â 1/4 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Butter, softened
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 x Bananas, mashed (use over ripe)
Инструкции
- Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt, and sugar - mix well. Add in butter and mix well. Add in rest of ingredients and mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 400 oven for 12 min.
- Makes approx 3 dozencookies.
