This is family favorite and better the next day so triple the recipe because the kids and grandkids will want to take some home.

- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 ea. 1 lb. can 9 2 cups) tomatoes.
- 2 ea. 6 oz. cans tomato paste
- 1 ea 10 oz. package of Lasagna noodles
- 3 cups Ricotta or creamy cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup graded parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 2 large beaten eggs
- 1 lb. Mozzarela cheese

- brown the ground beef or sausage- drain excess fat then add garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes, tomatoe paste . then simmer uncovered for 30 min. You can also add chopped onion if u like.
- cook noodles to package directions drain and rinse
- in bowl mix cottage cheese or ricotta , parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, eggs,
- In a baking dish or pan layer noodle- spread half the cottage or ricotta mixture then half of the mozzarela cheese filling then the meat sauce. Repeat layers sprinkle top with additional parmesan cheese
