  2. Mix with mixer coconut milk, eggs and cake mix
  3. Until smooth
  4. Put cake mixture in loaf pan
  5. Add blueberry’s tossed in flour to loaf pan
  6. DO NOT STIR
  7. I push a few below the batter and leave some on top.
  8. Usually they sink during cooking
  9. Bake 40 minutes depending on laid pan size. Check with a toothpick
  10. To make sure it’s done.
  11. Cool cake before icing.
